By this stage, your baby learns to engage in several activities that involve the use of his senses. At this age, it is common to see him reach out for his toys, drop them and then look for them and identify himself in the mirror. Keep your baby engaged with ample toys and colourful objects. Let him play with them to his heart’s content so that his motor skills can develop in a natural way. Don’t stop him if he wishes to be in front of the mirror and spend time playing with his reflection.
