Your Child Is Now Able To Use Plural Words

Now that your baby is 2 years old, his language skills are vastly improved. He can now understand longer instructions and can even put 3-4 words together to form a sentence. He would be asking a lot of questions, using action words and also putting an ‘s’ at the end of some nouns to make it plural. So now he will most likely say cars, shoes, balls, etc.

What you need to know

Language skills take time and practice. His sentence formation and grammatical correction will depend on the type of sentences used at home when adults are talking to him. It is best to talk to your toddler in proper sentences rather than just baby talk with him now. He is learning through observation and will try to model his parents.
