Your kid will now go to bed between 7 pm to 9 pm and wake up around 6 am to 8 am, just as he did when he was younger. At age 3, your child must have taken naps in the afternoon or evening, while at age 5, he may not at all take one. If taken the naps will gradually become shorter than before.
