Your Child Will Now Sleep For About 10 Hours Everyday

At this stage, your kid is 5 to 6 years years old and he is likely lose his morning and early evening nap and nap only once a day.

Now, your child is grown a little bigger and is not a toddler anymore. As a parent you should not worry as sleeping patterns change during this stage. Your kid will now go to bed between 7 pm to 9 pm and wake up around 6 am to 8 am, just as he did when he was younger. At age 3, your child must have taken naps in the afternoon or evening, while at age 5, he may not at all take one. If taken the naps will gradually become shorter than before.
