As this is a crucial growing age for your little one, it is important to have good balance and coordination between her mind and muscles. Ask her to try and balance herself on one leg for upto 10 seconds. It will strengthen her body and also improve her coordination of muscles.

Once she manages to reach the milestone of 10 seconds, include other physical activities in her daily routine like playing outdoor games, running, etc. When practicing, caution and supervising her acts are extremely important to ensure her safety and also to reduce the chances of injuries.
