Your child demonstrates more advanced movement patterns. Balancing, flexibility, twisting, turning, galloping, jumping and other movements is done with ease. You will see her doing a combination of these movements to form a pattern in different scenarios. She has an understanding of what these movements mean and can describe them.
When she is pursuing an organized sport, she will learn from her coach different components of a fitness regime. Proper warm up, moderate to intense physical activity, in between breaks and cool down. The goal is to enjoy the challenge of doing new and more advanced movement patterns coupled with fitness activities.
