You must have noticed that your baby loves to play with toys that have little buttons that can be pressed or moved. As your baby has now some control over the smaller muscles of his body, he is able to move his fingers the way he wants. He loves to explore this ability and keeps experimenting with his fingers.
What you need to know
The fine motor skills of your child have now started to develop along with gross motor skills. He is now able to move the smaller muscles of the fingers as he wishes. Picking up small things, doing shape puzzles, playing with blocks will be some of his favorite activities. The more he practices the better he will get with his fine motor skills.
