As you raise your child, there will be times when things can go wrong. Sometimes it is an obvious problem, like a high temperature or a cut on the knee. But there may be times when the issue is not so obvious, however you still have a feeling that something is not right with your little one. Do not ignore this feeling – address it immediately.

Getting panicky or feeling helpless if you feel something is amiss with your baby will not help. Patience and calmness are important. Check every part of your child and note down any symptoms, however minor they may be. Also go over your child’s day to remember what exactly he did, ate, etc.

Once you have all your information ready, consult your child’s pediatrician and give him all the facts. He is there to help you and your baby. Do not hesitate to trust your instincts and seek his advice if anything makes you uneasy.
