When you have a little baby in the house, the most common thing you will come across is well-meaning advice from nearly everyone around you. This is especially true in case of proper nutrition for your child. But in this case, it is vital to trust your own knowledge and judgement.
Have a clear idea in your mind about what foods you can allow your baby and which ones are unacceptable, and stick to this firmly. Many family members or friends will suggest various types of food for your little one, but you need to follow your own discretion and your doctor’s advice.
Also, do not be influenced by seeing what other kids are eating, and never compare your child with others. Remember, each child is different in terms of how much and what kind of nutrition they require, and your kid may not react to a certain food item in the same way as another child.
