Remember This When Feeding Solid Food To Your Baby
Have patience and go slow. Never force your baby to eat. Prepare food according to his taste buds and make him have small portions at a time. Make it fun rather than a battle ground for you and your little one. It will take time for you to understand and appreciate the timings at which your baby feels hungry and what he really wishes to eat. If you try to force feed something, he will only bring it back out and create a mess.
Instead, try to blend yummy foods together for your baby and make sure you feed the right portion size at the right time. If he doesn't like something, don't coax him to eat it. Rather, wait for at least two weeks before you try the same food again. Your little one is growing quite fast but his memory would still take more time to develop, so the foods he rejects now can be tried again after at least 14 days.
