When your baby is on her tummy, she tends to kick and fold her legs, working on her large muscles. Make sure to help her exercise her limbs by bending and stretching it. Later, once she starts rolling onto her tummy she will learn to raise her neck, this will help her strengthen her neck muscles. Helping your baby to sit up is a good activity to build strong muscles. Once she starts walking encourage her to pull string toys, this will help her build her hand muscles. Massaging her daily will help her develop these better.
