Change The Food Plan On A Regular Basis For Your Child To Love To Eat
As your child grows up, his food habits and taste also changes with time. You need to be a super chef to cater to your child’s taste buds. The menu should be nutritious and vast so that there is lot of variety on your child’s food plate. The best way is to make a food chart and divide the food items as per the days in a week. Rotate the food items every week so that there will not be any repetition on daily basis.
1. Change the food plan on everyday basis so that your child eats well due to the variety provided to him.
2. You can go for idlis on Monday, pasta on Tuesday, sandwich on Wednesday and so on. This will keep his interest intact in food and he will not run away from it.
