Do Not Fall Into The Habit Of Always Rewarding Your Kids For Everything They Do
At this stage, your little one is going through a list of psychological changes. Sometimes it is difficult to gauge how kids evolve psychologically. While we feel that rewarding the child is a great way of making them work, sometimes it backfires. Rewarding is a very good way of encouragement, but not always. Your child also needs to learn the fact that there are few things that he must do because that comes under the purview of duty that he must do selflessly.
Things like keeping the house clean, helping his parents in whichever way he can ,etc. Don’t reward for such things because as said earlier it will make your child do things only with an intention and not selflessly. So, choose the events, which really needs appreciation. And for the rest, let your child understand that there are duties that he needs to do with love and passion.
