Help Your Child Deal With Negative Emotions
Since your child at this stage understands emotions far better than she did earlier, it is a given that she also feels negative emotions of pride, shame, or nervousness cloud her mind pretty often. The best thing you can do to help her is teach her the tactics to combat such negativity. Tell her to take a deep breath and clear her head of all the negative thoughts, and drink water to ease her system.
