Make It Convenient For Your Kid To Complete Their Chores
Your child at this stage is ready to do some basic chores. Make it easy for the child to follow rules like getting pegs to hang clothes within the range of the child, have a shelf that the child can reach to keep books, have a spare drawer that the child can use on his own to store toys, etc. Appreciate and encourage the little one when he follows instructions. However, this is also the age where you can try experimenting with your child.
Do not hesitate to dole out stuff that are slightly difficult. Start with things that are more simpler and then chronologically move to the more complex ones. Remember the fact the more the child faces challenges, he develops a habit to find solutions and solve his problems. These formative years in many ways built the most essential qualities in a child. So, always giving easy tasks and avoiding challenges may not be the right way of going about it. Allow your child to be comfortable is great, but may not be a great idea all the time. So, push your child towards difficulty, he will slowly build himself for a better tomorrow.
