Switch Off All Gadgets During Meal Time
If you want your child to enjoy eating and eat healthy, then start having proper sit down dinners with your child. With a busy schedule during the day at present, family mealtimes should not be wasted with gadgets.
Avoid all electronic stuff to be watched at meal time. You can set this as one of the family rules that has to be followed by one and all. Be firm and consistent.
Watching gadgets and eating, leads to obesity as your child does not focus on eating and can eat more even without realizing it. The eating process is more mechanical than slow,conscious chewing and eating of food. This affects digestion. Above all, the family is less connected due to lack of communication during the day as a result of hectic schedule.
