Be Mindful of the Content and Vocabulary of the Rhymes that You Select for Your Kid
Exposure to various things is important for your child. The better the focus the better the chances of him grasping and learning the right things. But at the same time, it is also important to understand what your child is exposed to and how much he is actually learning from it.
As a parent, you must be particularly bothered about this area of functions. That is because there is absolutely no point in exposing your child to something that doesn’t benefit him at all. At this age, your child is just learning to talk. And so, words that will do good to his vocabulary are something that you should be looking at. The stories and rhymes must have simplest of words that he can pronounce well and also understand in his own way.
You need to understand, that the moment it gets unusually difficult for the child, he starts to lose interest. Also, learning should be age-appropriate. There is nothing that should be put in the platter that muddles your child's mind, rather than helping him. That is why it is extremely important that you choose the right stuff for him. Stuff that he can related to. Something that is easy on his cognitive skills and something that he enjoys doing and learning from. This will help him grow and learn in a rather comprehensive manner.
