Encourage Movement Activities
You as a parent must know that movements are very important for your child at this stage. You should try home stuff, like pillows, to accentuate your child's agility. If you give pillows to your child for play, he will be more interested to throw or catch from you, and this will have more physical movements in your child.
You can try with your child a large toy box to push around the room. You need to make a practice to sit down on the floor and get up in your activities; your child will observe you and do the same. This will help your child to be more rapid in his activities. Try simple home activities like ask your child to bring water bottle to drink water, and ask him to keep it back. Play basket ball game by keeping bucket at one side and you and your child stand the other side, now ask your child to throw the ball into the bucket. These movements will help your child build his physical stamina to strengthen his bones and also promote loads of movements in him.
