Tackling Your Little Fussy Eater!
Feed your child a diet that is rich in nutrients. If your kid is a fussy eater, try combining a healthy food item along with something they like. For example, if they like parathas, you can stuff the parathas with mashed vegetables. If they enjoy milkshakes, blend some fruits and nuts into the milkshake. Keep introducing them to new healthy food items. If they stubbornly refuse to eat a particular food item, do not force them. Give an interval of a few days and then try offering it again.
