At this stage, stay away from alcohol, caffeine, smoking raw seafood as this will harm your baby in a big way. You need to stay away from sugary desserts as this will keep you healthy in a long way. Low-fat milk consumption will help in keeping your bones strong and helps in building up the milk during breastfeeding. Eating a healthy diet helps in keeping your baby active and healthy in your womb.
