Q. Im 5 months pregnant, my usg shows anterior and low lying placenta. My doctor has said No to travelling. What precautions do i take?
Ans. Low lying placenta means the placenta is on the lower side and due to which chances of  fetal abortion is more. So you need to take plenty of rest. Sometimes the mother needs to be on complete bed rest.

Q. Iam having loose motions from 2dys and today is the third day still it happening....can any one tell me is there any problem
Ans. Loose stools is not good for pregnancy. So better talk to your regarding this and medication. Meanwhile, take care of your diet. Eat light and bonding agents to help you come out of it. 5 to 6 loose stools consists of too much water comes under the category of diahorrea. Banana is the best fruit in diahhorrea.  Secondly rice also work as binding agent so better to offer him dalia khichadi as well and lots of fluids to overcome the extra loss of fluids from the body. As during diahhorrea there are chances of getting dehydrated due to extra loss of fluids from the body.

But if you think that the stools are very watery and there are signs of dehydration as well as dry lips or sunken eyes etc. Then you need to consult your doctor immediately. As dehydration is not good for your unborn child.
