Q. Hi mommies.. wanted to know from u all about vaginal delivery stitches (dissolveable) how many days does it take to heal .??.. 2day is my 13th day pp but still am having pain in my stitches.?? Pls give me valuable suggestion n tips n wat should i apply n all .. thanx in advance
Ans. Wash your stitches site with detol mixed with water twice a day and apply betadine lotion at the site. But if you have severe pain then talk to your doctor.
Meanwhile take good care of yourself and your nutrition. First of all, for that you need to eat healthy that is lots of fruits and veggies and water in your diet.

Secondly, you need to be mobile that is you need to perform all your daily activities slowly and steadily. Your body needs lots of fluids to recover as well so take in lots of water and other fluids so that your can recover fast. you can also start little exercises with the advise of your doctor after that. Yes you can go for it. And very light exercises won't affect you or your unborn child. Exercises as you can go for a walk in a market or in a park. Above all, try to feel good yourself and give lots of love and care to your little sweetheart.

Q. I'm 28 weeks pregnant when will the baby head to be down..what exercise can help the baby head down..
Ans. Hi Dharani,
It can happen between 26-36 week.
Baby's position can be tried to move down depending on how less risky is the pregnancy, based on baby's weight, mom's height , level of amniotic fluid etc....It can be tried only wth expert's physical support like a child birth educator or maternity physiotherapist

Q. Breathing problem is more when i lie down on the bed. I need to turn to either of the sides. Still I'm having problem with breathing. Is is normal??
Ans. It seems to me as a type of problem related to many associated problems as asthma, pneumonia or any other chest problem. Go your doctor and seek help as doctor is the best person to help you in this case. Go for the routine tests and chest x ray as after the routine investigations only the doctor can tell you the diagnosis and the treatment. For home remedies i suggest you to take some tulsi leaves crush them and take the ras and then mix it with little ginger ras and give a spoonful three times a day to your little one. Secondly, you can try giving the malathi churan with lukewarm  water. That is just mix a little churan in warm water in a spoon and give it to your kiddo.

But if your kiddo is having any other infection symptoms like whistling sound coming out of his chest when he is asleep, cold or fever or restlessness as well then you need to see your doctor as this can be the chest infection and get your kiddo's blood tests and chest x ray done. Meanwhile, try above remedies and also give him steam. Steam inhalation also work wonders in cold and cough.

Ans. According to your lmp it should be 23 april. But the best your doctor can tell. If you are confused then better to go for the second opinion.  There is no harm on going for that. All the best.. Meanwhile take good care of yourself. First of all, for that you need to eat healthy that is lots of fruits and veggies and water in your diet.

Secondly, you need to be mobile that is you need to perform all your daily activities slowly and steadily. Your body needs lots of fluids to recover as well so take in lots of water and other fluids so that your can recover fast. so you can also start little exercises with the advise of your doctor after that. Yes you can go for it. And very light exercises won't affect the bm. Exercises as you can go for a ride with your kiddo in a pram in a market or in a park. Above all, try to feel good yourself and give lots of love and care to your little sweetheart.
