Q. Iam having loose motions from 2dys and today is the third day still it happening....can any one tell me is there any problem
Ans. Loose stools is not good for pregnancy. So better talk to your regarding this and medication. Meanwhile, take care of your diet. Eat light and bonding agents to help you come out of it. 5 to 6 loose stools consists of too much water comes under the category of diahorrea. Banana is the best fruit in diahhorrea.  Secondly rice also work as binding agent so better to offer him dalia khichadi as well and lots of fluids to overcome the extra loss of fluids from the body. As during diahhorrea there are chances of getting dehydrated due to extra loss of fluids from the body.

But if you think that the stools are very watery and there are signs of dehydration as well as dry lips or sunken eyes etc. Then you need to consult your doctor immediately. As dehydration is not good for your unborn child.

Q. My baby's heart beat is 170 per minute. Is there any problem?
Ans. It is higher than the normal range. Try to relax and talk to your doctor regarding this. Lie on your left and try to relax. Also take good care of your diet. PFirst of all, for that you need to eat healthy that is lots of fruits and veggies and water in your diet.

Secondly, you need to be mobile that is you need to perform all your daily activities slowly and steadily. Your body needs lots of fluids to recover as well so take in lots of water and other fluids so that your can hydrate yourself. You can also start little exercises with the advise of your doctor after that. Yes you can go for it. And very light exercises won't affect you and your baby.Exercises as you can go for a walk in a market or in a park. Above all, try to feel good yourself and give lots of love and care to your little sweetheart.
