Avocado is a great source of vitamin, minerals, MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acids) and dietary fiber. Kiwi provides your little one with vitamin C, E and K and is a very good source of copper, dietary fiber and minerals. Kiwi is a natural laxative and is good to treat constipation.

Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, 1 ripe kiwi

Steps:

1. Wash and cut avocado into 2 halves, remove the large seed from the center.

2. Scoop out all the avocado flesh and mash it well with a fork.

3. In another bowl, peel and mash kiwi. Pass it through a sieve to remove the seeds.

4. Now put both the ingredients in a blender and blend it till smooth consistency.

Serve your baby this healthy yummy puree in the evening.
