Avocado and Mango Mousse
Avocados are full of nutritional value. They contain a wonderful amount of good fats, which are essential for active brain development and physical goodness. Avocados contain a rich content of vitamin A, B1, niacin, folate, vitamin B6, magnesium, calcium, sodium, iron, potassium, and selenium.
Ingredients to make Avocado and Mango Mousse:
1 cup mango, peeled and cubed, 1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed, Water/ plain yogurt/ apple juice/ pear juice
Steps to make Avocado and Mango Mousse:
1. In a bowl, take the cubed mango and avocado pieces and mash them until smooth.
2. Slowly, add the choice of water, yogurt or fruit juice to the mashed mixture and whisk until you get a smooth and creamy consistency to your mixture.
