Banana Pudding

Bananas are a rich source of Vitamin B6, riboflavin, niacin, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium and potassium. Bananas play an important role in improving digestive system, enhancing heart health and in promoting weight gain. This pudding provides all the nutrition. It is simple and easy to prepare and will hardly take any time for preparation. Besides providing the benefits of bananas, this dish also provides the nutrients in apples such as carbohydrates, Vitamin C, dietary fibre and magnesium. 

 Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, ½ cup stewed apple puree, 2 tsp. wheatgerm, cinnamon powder


 1. In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the apple puree and mix well. 

 2. Sprinkle the wheatgerm and cinnamon powder on top and serve. 

 Yummy banana pudding is ready!
