Beetroot Carrot Soup

1 beetroot chopped, 1 carrot chopped, ½ cup water, 1 tsp. ghee, salt
Steps to make Beetroot Carrot Soup:
1. Cook the beetroot and carrot in a pressure cooker till the vegetables are soft and tender.
2. On cooling, remove the vegetables along with the stock and blend them into a smooth puree.
3. Add ghee and salt to the soup and serve.
