If your baby is moving on from breast milk to solid food, this puree is something that you should prepare for your baby. It is made using blueberries, mango, avocado and mild chillies. While blueberries are a rich source of antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, manganese, dietary fibre and copper; mangoes provide potassium, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, dietary fibre, carbohydrates and proteins. The nutritional value of the dish is increased by avocado which is rich in healthy fats, Vitamin K, folate, Vitamin C, potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, phosphorus, zinc, iron, copper, manganese and magnesium. 

 Ingredients: ½ cup blueberries, 1 thick slice of mango peeled and cubed, ¼ piece of an avocado, pinch of mild green chillies.
