Broccoli and cauliflower are a good source of iron and vitamin C, B6, omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and dietary fiber. At this age, your growing baby needs this kind of nutrition. It helps in preventing infection, improves his immunity and maintains good hemoglobin level.

Ingredients: 1 large broccoli floret, 1 large cauliflower floret, water 

Steps:

1. Wash broccoli and cauliflower thoroughly, steam the vegetables until they are tender. You can boil it in a pressure cooker to 1 whistle with very little water. 

2. Put it in a blender and a make puree, you can adjust water according to the desired consistency.

Pour the puree in bowl and serve it to your little one. If it seems little watery you can add 1 tbsp formula milk powder in it.
