Ingredients: 2 cups of carrot juice, ½ cup of apple juice, 180 ml plain yogurt, 1 sliced banana.

Steps:

1. Blend carrot juice, apple juice, plain yogurt, and a sliced banana to required consistency.

2. Runny smoothie: add watered down yogurt.

3. Thick creamy consistency: add hung curd or strain yogurt with a sieve for 30 minutes.
