Carrot Rava Porridge

1 carrot chopped, 2 tbsp. rava, 1 tsp. jaggery, ½ tsp ghee, ½ cup water.
Steps to make Carrot Rava Porridge:
1. Cook the carrots in a pressure cooker till they are tender.
2. Puree the carrots in a blender and set aside.
3. Roast the rava in ghee in a kadhai. When the rava turns golden, add the jaggery, carrot puree and water into the rava and stir well.
4. Make sure there are no lumps. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from the flame when the porridge has thickened.
