Cheesy Vegetable Hot Pot
Want to boost of much needed vitamins and minerals? Try this vegetable cheese hot pot with goodness of carrots, cauliflowers, rice, and cheese in every bite!
Ingredients: 1 carrot, ¼ cauliflower, 2 tbsp cooked rice, 1 tbsp grated cheddar cheese and a pinch of salt.
1. Peel and slice carrot and cauliflower. Wash and boil till tender.
2. Drain and blend along with cooked rice with some rice stew.
3. Mix in cheddar cheese in the warm mixture so that the cheese can melt in.
4. Add a pinch of salt.
