Chicken Apple Sweet Potato Mash
Chicken is a great source of calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, sodium, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, folate, Vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin and thiamine. Ingredients: 1-2 pcs. Chicken, ½ sweet potato, half an apple, 1 small onion, ½ cup of water/chicken stock, 1 tsp. butter.
1. Clean the chicken pieces. Peel the apple and sweet potato.
2. Heat butter in a pressure cooker and add the onions. Saute till they are soft.
3. Add the chicken, apple and sweet potato along with the broth and cook till everything is soft.
4. Mash to make a smooth puree.
