To make Chickpea & Pumpkin Pie:
1. Soak 1 tablespoon of chickpeas overnight, later drain and replace with fresh water.
2. In a utensil, boil a small bowl-full of peeled and diced pumpkins.
3. Pressure cooker or boil the chickpeas until tender.
4. In a blender, add cooked chickpeas, boiled pumpkins, and ½ ripe banana and blend till smooth.
