Custard With The Complete Goodness Of Eggs
Egg is a complete food and has a powerhouse packed with disease fighting nutrients. It is recommended that eggs should be made a part of daily meal plan. Both egg yolk and egg whites serve different nutritional purposes. This simple recipe is packed with the goodness of a whole egg.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 cup milk 1 tsp honey, and a few drops of vanilla essence.
1. Crack an egg; add milk and honey.
2. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and whisk together all the ingredients.
3. Pour in a pan and cook on slow flame. Stir continuously.
4. Continue cooking till it is the right consistency. It should coat the back of the spoon.
5. Remove from flame and pour in a bowl.
6. Serve at room temperature.
This is a great recipe to give as a breakfast or evening snack.
