Dal ka Paani

Ingredients: 1 cup water, 2 tbsp. split moong dal, a pinch of turmeric powder
1. Boil the dal in half a cup of water with a pinch of turmeric till the dal is soft and tender.
2. Mash the dal with the remaining water and mix well.
3. Boil the mashed dal again with the water and strain through a sieve to get clear dal soup.
