Ingredients: a cup of fresh or frozen green beans, peas, zucchini, thinly sliced pieces of a potato, small pieces of chopped carrots.
1. Boil water in a pan and add all the vegetables.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes on low flame till the vegetables are soft and tender.
3. Once done, set aside the vegetables for cooling.
4. Next, pour in the vegetables and the stock into the blender and process into a smooth puree.
