Green Beans Puree
French beans are a commonly used ingredient in Indo-Chinese dishes, fried rice, salads, etc. You can now use this to make a delicious puree for your little baby. Ingredients: 250 gm of fresh French beans, water.
1. Clean the French beans and chop into small pieces.
2. Cook in a steamer till the beans are soft and tender.
3. Put the beans and water into a blender. Grind into a smooth paste.
Green beans puree is ready. Use this puree along with mashed potatoes or rice to feed your little one.
