Homemade Wheat Cereal

Ingredients: Measuring cup used: 1 cup= 250 ml. 1 tbsp ghee, 1 and half tbsp wheat flour, 1 cup water and 1/2 tbsp sugar
1. Heat ghee in a deep wok.
2. Add wheat flour to it and roast till light brown on medium flame, by stirring continuously to avoid burning the flour.
3. At this point add sugar and water, mix it nicely by stirring continuously on low flame till it obtains watery consistency to feed your baby.
Yummy Sheera is ready to be served!
Note: You can add powdered dry fruits to enhance the flavor and increase its nutritional value.
