Kerala Banana Mash

Ingredients: ½ a piece of Kerala banana, ½ tsp jaggery, ½ tsp ghee, half a cup of water.
1. Pressure cook the banana with jaggery for about 2-3 minutes.
2. On cooling, remove the black lining from the banana and mash it into a smooth puree.
3. Heat ghee in a pan and add the mashed banana to it.
