Lentil Soup

Lentils are extremely nutritious and highly beneficial for everyone. Ingredients to make Lentil Soup:

2 tbsp. split yellow moong dal, 1 cup water, a pinch of turmeric powder, ½ tsp. ghee, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar 

Steps to make Lentil Soup: 

1. Wash and clean the moong dal. 

2. Cook the moong dal with water and the rest of the ingredients in a pressure cooker till you get 4-5 whistles. 

3. Mash the ingredients into a smooth puree. 

4. Use a sieve to separate the water from the puree.

Your Lentil Soup is ready!
