Oats are a preferred breakfast option in households throughout the country. This is because of their high nutritional value. Oats are a good source of dietary fibre, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium and thiamine. You can now make oats using this easy recipe. Adding mango to the dish not only enhances its taste but also its nutritional value as mangoes are a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 and dietary fibre. 

Ingredients: 3 tbsp. instant oats, 1 cup mango pulp, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of cinnamon powder. 

Steps: 

 1. Cook the oats with milk in a pan for 2-3 minutes. 

 2. Turn off the heat and add the mango pulp, sugar and cinnamon powder. 

 3. Mix well and serve.
