Plum and Banana puree
This Plum and Banana puree is a must serve for your baby when plums are in the season. Adding the banana to this puree, brings about a consistency to the meal. Moreover, it has Vitamin C, A,potassium and Vitamin B-6, what’s the harm in the added nutrients? You could use the plums, either by peeling of their skin or by sieving the seeds. The end result of this puree is so delicious and appealing that even you would want to have a go at it.
Ingredients: 2 chopped and pitted plums, 1 medium size banana
1. Make sure that the fruits are properly peeled. Add them in a blender after cutting them in small pieces.
2. Blend the fruits until you get a puree like consistency.
3. Pass the contents through a sieve. You may need to push the contents with a spoon so that only the skin is left on the sieve.
4. Serve as it is.
