Power Packed Orangy Oat Buiscuits
What better way to pamper your family than to bake some homemade Oat and Orange Biscuits? This is sure to trigger your taste buds while giving you the satisfaction that you are making sure that you all eating healthy.
Ingredients: 75 gms butter, 75 gms sugar, 1 tbsp corn syrup, 100gms self-raising flour, 100 gms of porridge oats, juice of ½ orange, and some orange zest.
1. Heat a pan and melt together butter, sugar, and corn syrup.
2. Remove from heat and add self-raising flour, porridge oats, orange juice, and some orange zest. Mix to form dough. Let it cool.
3. Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes at 170 degrees.
5. Let it cool and serve.
