1 cup cooked rice, 2 cups water, a pinch of hing, a pinch of jeera powder, salt
Steps to make Rice Kanji:
1. In a pan, mash the rice with a little water.
2. Pour this into a pan and add the remaining water
3. Add hing, jeera powder, and salt and stir well. Cook for a few minutes, while stirring continuously.
4. When the mixture thickens, switch off the flame.
Serve this kanji while it is still warm.
