Ingredients to make Spinach Soup:

1 cup spinach leaves cleaned and chopped, one baby potato, half a clove of garlic, ½ tsp. cumin seeds, a pinch of salt, ½ cup drinking water

Steps to make Spinach Soup: 

 1. Put the chopped spinach leaves, potato, garlic cloves, cumin seeds and salt in a pressure cooker with half a cup of water and cook till you get 1-2 whistles. 

 2. On cooling, remove the cooked ingredients from the cooker, discard the garlic clove and puree the rest of the ingredients in a blender. 

 3. Add a little more water and sieve the mixture to get the puree.
