Sweet Vegetable Puree

This sweet vegetable puree is made from potatoes, carrots, corn and sweet potato, all of which are rich in essential nutrients. While potatoes are a rich source of pantothenic acid, dietary fibre, niacin, phosphorus, manganese, Vitamin C, copper, potassium; carrots offer potassium, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and dietary fibre. Ingredients: 1 small potato, 1 small carrot, 1 cob of corn, 1 small sweet potato
1. Peel and chop the potato, sweet potato and carrots.
2. Boil water in a pan and put all the vegetables into it. Boil for about 10 minutes on low flame till all the vegetables are soft and tender.
3. Drain and set aside for cooling. Later, put all the vegetables into a blender along with some water and process into a smooth puree.
