Whipped Cauliflower

Use cauliflower to prepare a delicious dish. This dish is easy to prepare and is highly nutritious. Ingredients: 2 cups cauliflower florets, 1 tbsp. unsalted butter


 1. Cook the cauliflower florets in a steamer for about 10 minutes till they are soft and tender. 

 2. Let them cool for a while. Later, transfer them into a blender, add butter and process into a smooth puree. 

 3. You can adjust the consistency of the puree by adding less or more water.
