Yummy Creamy Chicken & Potato Soup
Evening time is best accompanied with warm soup; this soup is high in protein, calcium, Vitamin D and potassium. Potato is rich in fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and vitamin B6. You will surely consume this creamy delicious soup in one go.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped potato, 1/2 cup chopped chicken, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp butter, water.
1. Take a sauce pan, add butter in it, once it starts melting, add chopped onion in it. Stir fry onion till it gets translucent.
2. Now add chopped potato, chicken, garlic in it, stir all ingredients in the pan for a few minutes. Now add cheese and mix it properly.
3. Add sufficient water in it and cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes till potato and chicken are not cooked.
4. Once its cooked, add everything in a blender and blend it till you get a smooth consistency. You can adjust water accordingly to your baby.
Serve little warm or at room temperature. This soup is very healthy and will fill your tummy for long. You can serve it in the evening.
