Zucchini, Mint and Pea Puree
When your baby has started weaning off from breast milk, it’s time you cook up healthy recipes in the form of purees and mashes to supplement his nutrient intake. Ingredients: 2 zucchinis, handful of green peas, 1 tbsp. of finely chopped mint leaves.
1. Wash and clean the zucchinis and chop into chunks.
2. Put the chopped zucchinis and peas in a steamer and cook till the vegetables are soft and tender.
3. Transfer the cooked peaas, zucchinis and mint leaves into a blender, add a little water and process into a smooth puree.
