Aam ka Panna

Ingredients: 2 large raw mangoes, 2-3 cardamoms powdered, 4-5 peppercorns crushed, 2 tsp black salt, powdered jaggery.
1. Rinse and peel the mangoes. Steam them in a pressure cooker to make them soft and pulpy.
2. Remove the pulp, add cardamom powder, salt and jaggery to it in a bowl and mix well.
3. You can use a blender to make the mixture smoother and more consistent.
4. Store the aam panna in a bottle. Add a tablespoon of this extract and mix it with water to make aam ka panna and serve with ice cubes.
